I just do not get it. I’ve been running and rowing my bits off over the past couple of weeks and this is all I’ve got to show for it.
I’m staying about level pegging on the weight front and nothing seems to be moving. I know I’m feeling more buff but when am I going to get some proof.
It looks as though I’m going to have to do the nasty big D and do some work on my diet…. erk.

I’ve even not let an ounce of booze pass my lips for two weeks too.
I’ve not smoked too for three weeks (tomorrow) but I’ve been working my bits off to get to this and that’s pretty much nothing. I know I’m fitter and I know that my lungs are much better but I expected at least an inch off my belly by now. Visceral fat too, not good at all, I’ll have to swat up on how to get rid of that.
