Thank heavens for the 5:2 diet – and lots of running too.
OK, so I had a week off the diet while I was at my sis’s and driving around a bit, but hey I’m back on it and another two pounds have bitten the dust. I’m beginning to look healthier and looking at my stat’s I’m getting to the point where I’m a bit off being as light as I’ve been in a year. Things are going really well and if I keep this up then I might get rid of my belly and start getting down to something of a running weight so I’m not dragging all this lard around with me.
